Sculpt 30, check. Glad I still got in my workout even though today’s been nuts.
Now onto studying for physio…
Left work last night extremely frustrated. It’s really hard trying to teach people things when you’ve had very little guidance yourself.
I was so aggravated, and I decided I would be having a glass of wine. But only after I did yoga.
So I finished stretch 40… and oh my god, I was so peaceful, it was like I didn’t have a care in the world. No drink (or extra calories) necessary. TurboFire wins again.
ALSO:
I just found out this morning that I hit my first goal weight of 130lbs.

Today is a glorious day.
Ohhh yeah. Fire 45 EZ/ Stretch 10 was fantastic. I’m so glad that I started with the prep schedule first… otherwise I would probably be burnt-out by now. This, so far, has been the perfect challenge, getting me where I need to be to start the real program. The dedication and prep starts here, the real challenge comes later.
To anyone thinking about starting TurboFire, I really, truly suggest doing the prep schedule first unless you’re already some crazy fitness buff who trains several times a week.

After yesterday’s super sweaty fire45, I feel like I need more haha.
